Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Assessing clients’ needs and developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic discussions of sensitive subjects, including but not limited to family conflicts, grief, job stress, and relationship dynamics.

• Utilizing telemedicine platforms to provide accessibility to clients, ensuring continuity of care in the remote setting.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation of client encounters, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Participating in regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and contribute to clinic-wide initiatives.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention as required and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n

The successful applicant will have:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A passion for improving mental health and a commitment to clinical excellence.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance a candidate’s application:

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting.

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital health technologies.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Melody Mend offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside a robust benefits package that encompasses:
