Customer Service Rep II

We are a national staffing firm currently seeking an Office Clerk/Customer Service Rep for a prominent client in Las Vegas, NV . Details of the position are as follows: $20/hr based on previous experience. This is an onsite role, M-F 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. 3+ month contract with potential extension or conversion based on performance and budget. Responsibilities include processing VO/RA mail and SOPs, managing client support, cash handling for money orders and postage, and opening/closing the office with issued keys and alarm codes. Weekly mail drops at a US Government Client, including handling registered mail. Monthly forms and report submissions at specific US Government locations. Providing client support via phone, chat, and email, starting with basic support and progressing to more complex issues. Processing client VO mail, RA mail, and SOPs daily within specified hours. Managing and adding office supplies for approval weekly. Providing backup support to the team as needed. Experience with MS Office is required.
