Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and interviews with clients to gather relevant information that informs the diagnostic process.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that pinpoint target symptoms and specific mental health challenges.

• Regularly evaluate client progress by synthesizing bio-psychosocial data collected from clients and their support systems, ensuring a thorough understanding of their ongoing needs.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), or other relevant approaches, to facilitate treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, following all regulatory requirements for confidentiality and ethical practice.

The patients you'll work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of California is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical therapy setting, with a proven track record of effective client engagement.

• Strong grasp of confidentiality practices, ensuring the privacy of all client communications, records, and sensitive information.

• Commitment to a drug-free workplace, adhering to standards regarding abstinence from the misuse of alcohol or drugs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
