Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking a direct hire position with a focus on home infusion services. The role involves critical responsibilities in sterile compounding and patient care within a structured Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Liverpool, NY
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medications with precision and accuracy
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and quality control
- Communicate directly with patients to provide support and information regarding their treatment
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, valid New York State pharmacist license
- Hospital pharmacy experience with a strong emphasis on home infusion
- Familiarity with IV compounding techniques and sterile preparation
- Clean background, with no DUI or related issues
