The role requires attention to detail, an understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to work with HR and finance teams. This is an onsite position based in Lewisville, Texas. **Key Responsibilities:**Payroll Processing:* Calculate and process employee pay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.* Process various types of pay (e.g., hourly, salaried, bonuses, commissions, overtime).* Maintain records of hours worked, paid time off, and deductions.Reporting:* Prepare and submit regular payroll reports to management, HR, and finance departments.* Generate reports for audits, tax filings, and other organizational needs.Issue Resolution:* Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and inquiries from employees.* Investigate and correct any errors in pay, benefits, or deductions.Payroll Software and Systems:* Use payroll software to input and process payroll data.Confidentiality & Compliance:* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and payroll regulations.**Qualifications:*** Previous experience in multistate payroll processing preferably construction* Proficient with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).* Strong understanding of tax laws and payroll regulations.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Good communication skills to address employee questions.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Problem-solving abilities for resolving payroll discrepancies or employee concerns.**Company Overview:**Primoris Services Corporation is a premier specialty contractor providing critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets throughout the United States and Canada.
