Project Manager (wind projects development)

We also invest in electrification start-ups. Alseva has recently joined forces with Sunly, to boost solar, wind and storage investments in Poland. Alseva is a one-stop-shop for all things solar: development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, as well as operations and maintenance of PV systems. Together, we have over 16,000 MW solar, onshore and offshore wind projects in our pipeline. Requirements You’ll be coordinating wind projects throughout the planning process and development cycle up to planning permission and RTB status. You’ll also be managing assigned projects and responding appropriately to projects at risk. Getting the key admin decisions for individual projects, Getting all the agreements and decisions needed to get building permit Building and maintaining good relations with local self-government units to get the necessary permits, Creating schedules of procedures for individual wind projects and regularly monitoring progress; reporting on status and potential risks, Picking subcontractors and seeing the project through to the end, Liaising with investors, designers, subcontractors and other technical teams to get things done, Direct contact with landowners on key projects, Coordination of local community consultations in the development of projects, Our expectations Experience in a similar position with a company in the RES (wind) industry Experience in the RES sector – in the development of Wind farms - it’s a must Ability to get permits and make administrative decisions on your own, Knowledge of project documentation and ability to read project maps, Practical knowledge of the investment process and documentation related to building permits (PnB) and development conditions (WZ), Knowledge of QGIS and construction law, Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, Nice to have: leadership skills to coordinate a group of people within project, Experienced in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously (multitasking), Independent and well organised, and flexible and ready for business trips Preferred education: university degree in one of the following fields: Project Management, Spatial Management, Environmental Protection, Energy or Related We Offer Contribute to the growth of renewable energy and a sustainable future.
