Customer Service Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative for a growing company. This is a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity based onsite in Austin, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, order processing, sales support activities, and day-to-day customer operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and account support activities while delivering exceptional service
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Process orders, maintain account information, and support customer documentation needs
• Track and communicate order status, product information, and service updates to customers
• Identify and proactively resolve issues while providing thoughtful solutions and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience within a customer service representative role
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP or order management systems preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $22.00-$24.00/hour
