Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote work setting, providing flexibility while still allowing for meaningful interactions with clients and team members. Our professionals work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the expectation of maintaining a structured work routine to effectively manage client schedules. Modern telehealth technologies and secure electronic health record systems are utilized to facilitate seamless client interactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapy plans through comprehensive client assessments that identify individual needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

• Engage in collaborative practice with various interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic care that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records to adhere to regulatory standards while ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care, including new treatment modalities and legal/ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will actively engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique experiences and fostering a supportive environment that encourages openness and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid New York State mental health license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly in community health settings or private practices, is necessary.

• Strong foundation in applicable ethical and legal standards guiding mental health practices.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively connect with clients and coordinate care with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience and specialized expertise in trauma-informed care, substance abuse therapy, or family therapy are highly valued and will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and electronic health record management systems will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
