Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional support to clients through a high-volume contact center environment. You'll handle account inquiries, process transactions, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, documenting interactions in CRM systems.
• Process ACH transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and account maintenance requests.
• Provide accurate account and transactional information.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking, financial services, or financial institution experience.
• 2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ACHs, wire transfers, investments, and banking terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work both independently and collaboratively. xhyhwjd
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required.

Rate: $20/HR
