• Manage incoming inquiries, generate service documentation, maintain clear client communication, and handle financial transactions.
• Demonstrate high-level interpersonal abilities to foster strong connections with both our team and the customers we serve.
• Bring at least one year of professional experience to help our team maintain consistent service standards.
• Act as the initial representative for customers to ensure high-quality interactions and support branch business objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key accounts through phone and in-person engagement.
• Evaluate client requirements and collect necessary details to facilitate service.
• Draft essential work orders within our internal management systems.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their requests.
