About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic execution partner and a central communications bridge for the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, including strategic planning, business reviews, and tracking organizational goals. This role involves driving cross-functional execution, leading high-priority special projects, and facilitating communication between the CEO, leadership team, and employees. The Chief of Staff will also provide decision support, business insights, and assist in the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and investors. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 8 years' of experience in business management, leadership, strategy, consulting, or operations. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in data analysis and budget management. Experience in a fast-paced, biotech, or similar regulated environment is essential, as is a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion. The ideal candidate will be a nimble business mind, dedicated to efficient productivity, and have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
