Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols for each procedure.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance as well as calibration on state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures performed, ensuring compliance with lab standards while mentoring new staff and students.
• Uphold a clean, safe work environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
