Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Warren, MI(Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare consultative freight quotes using market knowledge and data.
- Monitor freight market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, negotiations, and account growth strategies.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and activity goals.
- Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or related sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and analytical approach to sales and account development.
- Ability to manage complex and high-value accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
