Qualifications & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers during instructional activities and daily routines
- Assist with one-on-one and small group instruction as directed by teaching staff
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all students
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
- Help with transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional activities
- Support students with special needs under supervision
