What You Need 2-4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or investment banking. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and research abilities. Solid understanding of finance and business strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
