Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ unique mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual from their first session.

  Develop, document, and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

  Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while addressing a wide array of emotional and relational issues.

  Continuously monitor and document clients' progress in therapy, demonstrating adaptability by adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving client needs.

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care.

  Advocate for clients’ rights and access to relevant mental health services and community resources, helping them navigate barriers effectively.

  Maintain confidentiality and adhere rigorously to ethical standards as defined by applicable licensing boards and professional norms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  Salary ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually based on your caseload and experience, complemented by potential bonuses.
