Paid Search Analyst

Paid Search Analyst, a fully remote position that involves managing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns for home services clients, while leading strategy and execution to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns across various home service industries Lead client performance calls and provide actionable insights based on data analysis Conduct A/B testing and ensure accurate conversion tracking across multiple platforms Required Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably with local or service-based businesses Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager Deep understanding of conversion tracking tools such as GA4 and GTM Ability to work directly with clients and present performance insights confidently Advanced spreadsheet skills, including proficiency with pivots and lookups
