Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using video chat, maintaining ethical standards and a compassionate approach.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions.

• Create and manage individualized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them gain insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.

• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms to improve their overall quality of life and address low acuity mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults presenting a range of mental health needs. Our focus on this demographic allows you to work within a supportive framework that prioritizes recovery and personal growth while addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, fully licensed credential to practice independently, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions and no limited/provisional licenses are permitted.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with an empathetic demeanor to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our therapy platform and client management systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in teletherapy or working in a remote setting is a plus, along with familiarity with solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques. Experience in diverse client demographics can enrich your practice and enhance your effectiveness as a therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year based on your chosen work hours and client load. Additional benefits include:
