Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices to provide effective counseling, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain thorough documentation of each client's progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and institutional policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse population of clients in various age groups and with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in a remote setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for facilitating meaningful interactions with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
\n
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available to all newly hired full-time or part-time counselors.
\n
• Full-time counselors may become eligible for a healthcare stipend after fulfilling certain requirements.
\n
• Opportunities for additional bonuses, including a first-client sign-on incentive.
\n
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your personal life and commitments, with part-time positions available upon request.
