Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a variety of clients at a detox center, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your approach will be tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on creating rapport with clients

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in client interactions
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to navigate a diverse caseload effectively

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in teletherapy or with remote clients is preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and a demonstrated ability to develop tailored interventions will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation facility is a plus, providing insight into the specific challenges faced by clients in these settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
