Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through a secure video platform, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to care.

• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to guide clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly monitoring their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients seek assistance in their journeys towards improved mental health, requiring therapists who can deliver insightful, empathetic care. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing their quality of life by empowering them with the skills to handle everyday challenges more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses; a clean record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to empathize with clients' feelings and experiences.

• Proficient computer skills, enabling you to easily navigate telehealth platforms and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities are advantageous. Ideal candidates will have a strong motivation to participate in continuous professional development and demonstrate a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, therapists will also enjoy a weekly direct deposit payment structure, plus a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees.
