Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Vista Mind, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Deliver individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic practices.

• Engage in virtual therapy sessions through our user-friendly teletherapy platform, ensuring a comfortable and effective environment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing your expertise to guide clients through challenging situations.

You will be equipped to support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health-related obstacles. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as either a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective handling of caseloads and appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy or those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy will find their skills particularly valuable in our practice.
