Key Account Executive - Fresno, CA

Labcorp seeks a Key Account Executive for the Fresno, Madera, and Clovis territory to manage assigned accounts, provide customer service, and drive upsells. The role involves educating clients, resolving issues, and collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within the territory
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal operations team regarding needs
- Provide ongoing service and resolve customer-related issues promptly
- Manage account activities and drive organic growth through upsells
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell performance targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years account management or sales experience
- Diagnostics, medical, or laboratory sales background preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
