Process Specialist

This role is responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Enter a variety of data using current technology. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates into systems. Identify and review discrepancies in received data. Communicate daily with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner (in person, by phone, or via email). Perform additional duties as required, including printing, scanning, and proofing documents. Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller. Serve as backup for team members during absences and assist other teams as needed.
