Warehouse Inventory and Receiving Supervisor

Responsible for inventory and receiving accuracy through control of: audits, cycle counts, and replenishment. This position will also lead both teams.
3-5 years’ experience in an inventory, receiving leadership/management role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Microsoft Office Proficient, utilizing an ERP system for inventory transactions. This role will regularly correspond with customers and the Supply Chain team as well via email and their operating system.
1. Audit received materials to ensure it is in its designated stock locations
2. Accurately transport and move materials from one location to another and reconcile the system accordingly, perform replenishment tasks
3. Accurately conduct and perform cycle counts
4. Assist in reconciling picking errors
5. Maintain inventory accuracy
6. Optimize inventory locations and capacity
8. Investigations of inventory discrepancies
9. Uphold 5S principles.
10. Train and lead the inventory team
11. Write up nonconformance’s
12. Create corrective action request
13. Will have a small team of 4-5 reporting to this position daily
14. Assist the team in receiving and examining incoming shipments.
15. Record item shortages and overages.
16. Reject non-conforming incoming shipments, document
17. Create corrective action request
18. Reject damaged and or non-conforming items.
19. Ability to operate a forklift or a hand truck and lift up to 50 pounds required.
20. Operate within standard operating procedures as defined in the business’s processes.
21. Lead receiving team by coordinating and prioritizing activities
22. Correspond with the Supply Chain on incoming shipments, shortages, hot parts, etc.
22. Other duties as assigned.
