Montessori Classroom Assistant (Part-Time | Approximately 35 Hours/Week)

Neshaminy Montessori is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Montessori Classroom Assistant to join our team for the upcoming school year.
This part-time position (approximately 35 hours per week ) offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Montessori teacher in a beautiful, child-centered classroom where respect, independence, and a love of learning are nurtured every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the lead teacher in maintaining a peaceful and prepared classroom environment
- Supporting children as they work independently and in small groups
- Helping with classroom organization, materials, and daily routines
- Supervising children indoors and outdoors
- Working collaboratively with faculty and families to create a positive school community
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children required
- Montessori experience or Montessori training is a plus
- Warm, patient, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet all Pennsylvania childcare employment requirements
