Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid: onsite twice a week) Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Partner Stores team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reporting and analysis, working closely with the Hiring Manager, Director of Stores Excellence, and the Senior Director. Key Responsibilities Manage all reporting and analysis for the Partner Stores business unit. Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical insights. Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity. Connect BI tools to data sources and build data models to support analysis. Required Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement. Relevant experience can be considered in place of a formal degree. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or data analytics is required. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Technical Skills: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma is also necessary. Preferred Qualifications Experience with full-stack data processes, including connecting BI tools to data and building data to communicate with other tools. Experience in the retail industry.
