Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to determine the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions to individuals and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the needs of school-age children and their families.

• Develop personalized service plans that align with each client's identified goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Act as an advocate for students’ rights, ensuring access to educational and community resources, while addressing their mental health needs and social justice issues.

• Contribute to program development and evaluation, including documenting outcomes for grant reporting and compliance.

• Engage in collaboration with local community organizations, educational staff, and government agencies to enhance support services for our client population.

• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities, as well as community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing public knowledge about mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face various challenges related to mental health, trauma, and social inequities. Your efforts will focus on supporting these individuals and their families by providing critical interventions that foster emotional stability and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized in Pennsylvania.

• Strong foundation in social justice, advocacy, and trauma-informed care, specifically as they pertain to working with youth.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written.
\n
• Organizational skills necessary to manage a caseload effectively and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses. This position includes a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
