Work Environment\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will operate in a fully remote setting, providing flexibility and ease of communication with clients from the comfort of their homes or local settings. Our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours expected based on the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions to assigned clients addressing symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to set and achieve common therapeutic goals.

• Engage with clients in various formats, including virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages openness and trust.

• Document clinical assessments and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all organizational protocols and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress toward treatment objectives.

• Remain informed about the latest evidence-based practices and integrate these into treatment plans where appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues in a school environment. By establishing therapeutic relationships, the LCSW will empower clients with the skills necessary to navigate their emotions and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
