Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intensive counseling sessions, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment services tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Perform comprehensive mental status examinations and monitor clients for any changes in their mental health status over time.
\n
• Document case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans accurately and within specified timeframes to maintain comprehensive client records.
\n
• Utilize a calm and empathetic approach in managing high-stress situations, effectively de-escalating crises and fostering therapeutic rapport.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, community resources, and educational staff, to ensure coordinated care and a holistic approach to treatment.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both individual therapy sessions and group settings, adapting to client needs for effective outcomes.

• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care across the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families facing an array of mental health challenges. Common issues may include anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and academic stressors. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate these challenges, promoting resilience, and supporting their development both in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.

• A valid Pennsylvania LCSW license, enabling you to practice independently.

The Integrative Support Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
