Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and a better work-life balance. While the outpatient office aspect provides an opportunity to engage face-to-face, our virtual model means you can focus on providing exceptional care without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a stable schedule that is conducive to both personal and professional satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that resonate with each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Applying evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to aid clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care approaches are taken for optimal results.

• Keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our clinical team, you will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a range of mood disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
