About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to the finance and executive teams, building and owning forecasting models for all aspects of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows. This role involves partnering with the CFO and exec team to shape long-term financial strategy, leading the preparation of various financial presentations, and owning strategic planning and goal setting for the organization. The VP will also be involved in monitoring and managing financial performance, supporting investor relations, and assisting in financial systems and process optimization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 15 years' professional experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record of leadership in this area. The role requires advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, possess superior problem-solving and project management skills, and have a practical knowledge of accounting and reporting principles. Experience with BI tools, data modeling, and ERP software is essential, with a preference for those familiar with specific tools. The VP should be a team player, self-motivated, and have a deep interest in technology and disruptive change.
