About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for North America. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and executing the people strategy across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on talent, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and culture. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, lead a high-performing HR team, and drive business transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in complex, matrixed organizations, and experience in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or banking is advantageous. The ideal individual will be a credible, collaborative, and resilient leader, capable of balancing strategic influence with strong operational execution, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
