Front Desk Receptionist at Hormone Health and Wellness of Colorado

Full-Time | $17–$20/hr | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Hormone Health and Wellness of Colorado is a locally-owned clinic focused on personalized care through hormone therapy and wellness support. We're looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. This role is key to helping us maintain a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
• Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
• Process payments, manage intake forms, and maintain accurate records
• Keep the front desk area organized and stocked
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Knowledge and Abilities:

• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a wellness or medical office setting
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Familiar with EMR systems and basic computer programs
• Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
