Compensation: $60,000$65,000 + Annual Bonus Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the organization's HRIS, ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date
• Support payroll processing by partnering with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee communications
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation
• Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting initiatives
• Maintain employee files while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous process improvement efforts
• Assist with annual performance review administration and other company HR programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role
• Experience administering HRIS platforms, with UKG experience strongly preferred
• Background supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Experience managing recruiting and onboarding processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to generate reports and analyze HR data
• Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization where multiple HR functions were supported is highly preferred
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or another HR certification is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
