CareCore at Willowood is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to assist with weekend skilled admissions and provide high-quality care in our SNF/LTC setting. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Complete timely documentation using Net Health Help residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life What We’re Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working independently during weekend coverage Experience with Net Health preferred Why Join CareCore at Willowood?
