About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization, with a hands-on approach to leading a team of experienced Account Executives and managing a ~50/50 revenue split between direct provider sales and indirect reseller/referral channels. This role demands a disciplined, strategic leader who can build a predictable, scalable revenue engine through rigorous forecasting, standardized processes, and the development of strategic partnerships. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining operational rigor, and fostering strategic collaboration, particularly with the marketing team on SEO and lead-warming campaigns. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in building pipelines and driving new business, with a strong emphasis on not being solely reliant on inbound demand. Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments, and a background in healthcare SaaS or similar vertical SaaS environments, is highly valued. The role requires the ability to assess and improve sales team performance, operate in a player-coach capacity, and have a background in adjacent industries such as payments, revenue cycle management, or operational SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at pipeline management, and be able to move beyond inbound reliance to active opportunity creation.
