Job Title: Recruiter I

Job Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensions

Location: Arlington, VA, 22202 – Onsite Work

Work Pay Range: $30-40per hour on w2

This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for the StartUp organization, with emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions. This role reports into the Go to Market teams within the Start-Up Organization and Business Operations and Strategy.

You leverage creative search techniques, tap into non-obvious talent pools, and proactively identify pipeline obstacles—developing solutions independently rather than waiting for

direction. Relationship Excellence and Data-Driven Execution You excel at building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-through. You take ownership of pipeline metrics and continuously refine your approach based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
