Director of HR

P4P Inc

Overview:
Lead all HR functions for a home care agency, with focus on high-volume caregiver staffing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment (HHAs, CNAs, nurses, admin)
Ensure compliance with labor laws & home care regulations
Manage onboarding, training, and retention
Handle employee relations & performance management
Maintain HR systems, records, and audits
Partner with leadership on workforce strategy

Requirements:

5+ years HR leadership (home care/healthcare preferred)
Strong compliance & high-volume staffing experience
Excellent organizational & communication skills

Preferred:

EVV/HRIS experience
SHRM or PHR certification
