Human Resources Manager

Job Description Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a biopharmaceutical setting. This is a key role that will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Responsibilities Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Report to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 5+ years of proven experience as a Human Resources Manager. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, and Paylocity. Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Proficiency with Ceridian and HCM software. Experience with Benefit Functions. Exceptional communication skills. Strong understanding of compliance regulations within HR. Ability to manage and resolve Employee Relations issues.
