The Skilled Nursing Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents and families, creating a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting the Skilled Nursing Center's daily administrative and medical records operations. This role ensures accurate documentation and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Sunrise's mission.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, residents and families and manage front desk operations
• Serve as telephone receptionist and route messages accurately and promptly
• Perform clerical duties to support Skilled Nursing operations
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with federal, state and Sunrise standards
• Assemble, file and manage resident charts, admissions and discharge documentation
• Transcribe physician orders and support nursing documentation as requested
• Monitor record accuracy and report deficiencies
• Support risk management, infection control and safety practices
• Assist residents, families and team members with inquiries and information

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Customer service experience; skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience with medical records systems preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Sunrise systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion

Pay Range: 15.00 - 18.80
