Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations in inpatient or outpatient environments and create customized treatment regimens for diverse patient needs
• Implement targeted physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, building strength, improving balance, and optimizing functional outcomes
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to achieve the highest standards of care
• Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge protocols, and home exercise regimes
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with facility protocols and regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary care team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is a plus
• Specialty certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

• Previous relevant experience is strongly preferred
