About the Role We are looking for a Property Manager to lead teams, develop staff, and exceed customer expectations. The role involves budgeting, financial analysis, staffing, marketing, and resident engagement. Responsibilities Work with the Regional Manager and staff to complete annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans, and capital plans. Drive financial performance through understanding how operational decisions impact results; analyze financial statements and required reports. Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise, and assess performance of all staff. Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests, and newsletter updates. Actively engage in promotional and content marketing initiatives. Qualifications Five years of experience in multifamily real estate. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for setting goals and reporting results. Proficient use of computer software to solve financial and operational issues. Understanding of budgets and financial statements. Good proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English. Leadership demonstrated through actions. Sense of humor. Compensation and Benefits California salary range: $85,000 – $98,000 (determined by experience and other factors allowed by law). Unlimited vacation with approval.
