About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Restaurant Operations to spearhead its strategic growth, operational excellence, and brand expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction, leading all aspects of operations, and overseeing the financial performance and organizational development of the restaurant brand. This role is pivotal in preparing the organization for future expansion, developing and executing market expansion strategies, and building scalable operating systems to support long-term growth. The Vice President will also be a culture champion, ensuring alignment between the company's vision and restaurant execution, and will partner with various teams including operations, culinary, marketing, finance, human resources, supply chain, development, and construction. Applicants for the Vice President of Restaurant Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive-level leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in leading multi-unit operations and scaling restaurant brands. The role requires a strong background in managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, driving financial results, and an exceptional leadership presence to effectively partner with ownership and executive stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are essential. The Vice President will be instrumental in the company's expansion phase, with a focus on building scalable systems, infrastructure, and leadership teams to support the growth of the brand.
