SecretaryBookkeeper Location: Ocean, NJ (Fully Remote) Employment Type: Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week) Schedule: Flexible Hours Salary: (Based on Experience) Job Description A business is seeking a reliable and organized Secretary Bookkeeper to support backend operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fully remote, flexible role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of keeping business operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do Organize and manage backend business operations Assist with daily administrative tasks and workflow coordination Create proposals and estimates for clients Send invoices and track completed work Monitor open projects and assist with scheduling Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently Requirements Comfortable using computers, email, and basic business software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and reliable #J-18808-Ljbffr SBH Community Service Network Inc.
