Referral & Scheduling Coordinator

Superior Senior Care – Hot Springs, Arkansas
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $15–$16/hour, depending on experience

Superior Senior Care (SSC) in Hot Springs is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Referral & Scheduling Coordinator to help coordinate caregiver referrals and support the daily operations of our busy in-home care office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule caregiver referrals
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and community partners
• Assist with clerical duties and daily office operations
• Respond to scheduling needs and changes in a timely manner
• Problem-solve and adapt to the changing needs of the in-home care industry
• Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and personal initiative
• Participate in an after-hours call rotation

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Professional and dependable
• Clerical or office experience preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling after-hours calls as part of a rotation
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits
