Employee Relations Partner — Investigations & Compliance

Gopuff is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to partner with business leaders and the People & Culture team. You will manage complex employee relations matters, conduct thorough investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws across sites in your region. The role requires strong investigative skills, experience in HR and handling sensitive information, and willingness to travel up to 90%.
