Program Management LeadThis role spearheads a significant shift in software development, moving towards agent-driven methodologies to dramatically enhance engineering productivity. You will be instrumental in orchestrating this transformation, bridging high-level AI concepts with the necessary technical infrastructure. The position requires a systems-thinking approach to manage complex, cross-functional programs and ensure our platforms are optimized for agentic workflows while maintaining critical system integrity.Key Responsibilities:Drive the organization's agentic maturity through strategic technical leadership.Collaborate with architects to expose services for autonomous agent navigation.Oversee the rollout of the agent-driven development dashboard for leadership visibility.Facilitate efficiency gains through systematic adoption of agentic workflows.Manage the go-to-market strategy for core agentic development tools and capabilities.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs.Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment abilities.This role requires experience in the financial technology (Fintech) industry, with a focus on transforming software development processes.
