Our executive team is comprised of former founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, and LiveRail and larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo. We are looking for a “hunter” Account Executive to be part of the Client Development team to drive new business growth at Tatari. In this role, you will be integral to all stages of the sales cycle from initial strategy and pipeline generation to deal negotiation and close. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both the TV advertising industry coupled with previous sales experience at a media or adtech company. Responsibilities Drive leads, grow the pipeline, push deal progression, and meet sales quotas. Focus on acquiring clients that are doing at least $10M in ARR, helping them transition or expand into TV advertising. Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers in order to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospects. Negotiate business terms with decision-makers and executives. Work closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to strategically support account growth–helping them transition or expand into TV advertising. Effectively communicate with Client Development leadership regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years experience in B2B performance advertising sales (preferably linear or CTV) Demonstrated past success achieving revenue objectives Ability to tell a story with data, and clearly communicate technical terms and concepts High motor to keep pace with fast moving clients to quickly grow the business Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment Great presentation and listening skills—you come prepared to every meeting Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot) Total compensation: $125,000-165,000/annually (75% Base + 25% incentive bonus plan) Equity compensation Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents Unlimited PTO and sick days Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office Team building events $1,000 annual continued education benefit Monthly lifestyle spending reimbursements FSA and commuter benefits Monthly Company Wellness Day Off Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
