Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans that resonate with clients’ unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, through individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as group therapy sessions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting these approaches as necessary to meet diverse client needs.

• Engage in collaborative case reviews with multidisciplinary teams — including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers — to provide holistic care and develop a comprehensive approach for each client.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations through meticulous record-keeping practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying abreast of current research in mental health, ensuring that practices remain relevant and effective.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
